New Visa Application Procedure at The Embassy of Greece in New Delhi

The Embassy of Greece, New Delhi is pleased to introduce a new facility to meet the ever-increasing demand for Greek Visa among Indians. It is our constant effort to provide greater comfort and convenience to our visa applicants.

Applicants residing in India have to apply for their visa at the Embassy of Belgium in New Delhi. These applications can now be submitted at the Greece Visa Application Centre at 401-402 Eros Corporate Tower, IV Flr, Nehru Place, New Delhi-1100 019.

A visa application can be submitted by the following:

1) Application of individuals residing in Delhi & NCR will only be accepted from intending travelers or from immediate members of their family along with authority and photo proof.

2) Applicants residing in other parts of India can submit their applications through travel agents.

3) Representatives of Corporate Institutions can submit applications with proof of identity (photo ID or a letter of authority on the company letterhead signed by the authorized signatory).

Applications accepted at Greece Visa Application Centre will be submitted on the same working day in The Embassy of Greece. The time required to process Visa Applications is minimum of 10 working days under normal circumstances (excluding day of submission at VFS). In case a Representative or Travel Agent is coming to collect the application he/she needs to carry a Photo Id of himself/herself and an authority letter from the applicant.

Carry additional photocopies of your first and last page of the passport.
