PLEASE CARRY BELOW MENTIONED DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF PASSPORT COLLECTION

1. Original Invoice cum Receipt
2. Authority Letter from Applicant incase Travel Agent or Representative is coming for the collection of passport
3. Authority Letter from Travel Agency on corporate letterhead
4. Photo ID copy of the authorized person who is coming for the collection of the passport

REFUNDS

Please note that original ICR and passport photocopy are mandatory in case embassy refunds the visa fee. Kindly submit the documents at the VFS Greek counter and a cheque will be issued in the favor of the applicant. Please note processing of a refund can take 03 to 04 weeks.
